View Poll Results: Which Hero Will Die in Chapter 11, "Fallout"?
So the previews after this week's episode, "Six Months Ago" tell us that a hero will die at the end of Chapter 11, next week's "Fallout", the final episode before the show goes on Winter Break and returns in January 2007.
Well I managed to get the poll working on the front page so if you guys want to follow what the masses (who don't visit the forum) thinks, take a gander. I've gotten 8 votes already after putting the poll up for a few minutes and it seems Eden is targeted!
I think Isaac dies later, while in NY, so it ain't him IMO
I wouldn't feel that bad if Nathan died, and since many others would agree, killing him off doesn't provide the heart gripping nature that these shows crave. If the show doesn't kill off someone that the viewers can empathize with, all they've done is wasted a perfectly good death. I think they'll make Nathan more likeable before they kill him. Same thing goes for the Haitian guy, he needs to speak first before his death will have any emotional contact with the viewers.
Hiro's too likeable, so the show wouldn't risk alienating their viewers by killing him off.
DL is the obvious choice, and for a show that loves plot twists it probably won't be him.
I speculated in the discussion thread it would be either Isaac, Eden, or the Haitian guy, since all three would probably have the closest contact to Sylar. Therefore, logic dictates Eden bites it big time. *Goes back to consuming huge amounts of alcohol*

His brain isn't his commanding officer - Lois Lane in Season 5 of Smallville
Doesn't break the plot/timeline, there could have been another underlying message from Hiro. It would be the most dramatic finish/cliffhanger, by far. They're not going to kill off a stupid character at the end of season one. They need advertising hype for season 2!!!
She could be written back in, at least partially (she's indestructible you know). She also has the closest connection to Peter, another major character, which we already know is going to be a main character of season 2.
So if I was an aspiring writer relying on a salary?.....
Cheerleader....dead..., in a really screwy way too, we're talking Anakin/Amidala/Vader screwy, at least :-)

It'll be poor Theodore, especially since we have barely seen him, he possesses a dangerous power, he is being hunted by the authorities as a suspected murderer, and he is emotionally unstable. That's a rough hand to be dealt.

I think its going to be D.L. His status as good/bad is uncertain, Michah cares a lot for him and he has powers making him a hero...oh yeah and Jessica wants to kill him (they have shown her pointing a gun at his head and they haven't continued that storyline yet)...

I'll have to disagree, there. Niki loves DL--she'll make Jessica miss on purpose. Besides, this is how Niki will get control of Jessica--she will tell Jessica that killing DL will make Micah hate her, because he loves his father.
