Apocalypto!!
Just seen the preview... directed by Mel Gibson... in theatres Dec. 8. Now that makes 3 movies... that I really really want to see!!
1. The Fountain 2. The Nativity 3. Apocalypto :shock: *can't wait!*

Is it true that a 15-year-old actress in The Nativity is pregnant? I heard about that somewhere, and it kinda caught me by surprise. I also heard that she is playing Virgin Mary, which would be ironic.

The actress portraying the Virgin Mary acted in "Whale Rider". I don't know if u've seen that movie but she was the young girl, Pakea.

Legal age of consent...
According to this article I found, the age of legal consent in New Zealand is 16. Here: http://www.tmz.com/2006/10/06/whale-...r-16-pregnant/
I also found this site that lists countries as well as the 50 states... Here: http://www.avert.org/aofconsent.htm Hawaii just raised the legal age of consent not too long ago... it used to be 14... now 16. On a side note: In the past... Polynesians used to marry at the age of 14. Which is probably why Hawaii's legal age of consent was so young. Marrying at the age of 14 is now a thing of the past... along with arranged marriages.

im from new zealand and on the news it said she was pregnant, and the legal age here in nz is 16 so it wouldnt be rape or anything like that

It's kind of hard to watch and read the subtitles at the same time. |
