Welcome to the collective. Your unique perspective will be added to our own. So, a bit of a TNG fan? :o I myself have been known to catch an episode or 2.

Nice lines there LOL
Yeah, TNG was my favorite.
Maybe in a few years i'll say the same about BS Galactica.
Still not so sure about Heroes. But the Future Hiro got me some hopes.

I'm also a big fan from Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. Just readed American Gods. That book will definitely be among my favorites of all times, along with Blade Runner (as a movie), One Piece (as a manga and anime), TNG (as a series), Total War (as a game) and Kare Raisu (as a food).

Good Omens rocks!

Have you read Voice of Fire from Alan Moore?

About Douglas Adams, well, i ain't even gonna ask you Ford....

---EDIT---
Voice of fire is a book about the history of a place in england (the area near Northampton), from 4000 B.C. to nowadays. Each previosly history linked somehow with those comming next. Awesome book.
Maybe i'll start a thread about books?

Some guy goes bcak in time to see Jesus and finds out he is physically and mentally handicapped and his mother Mary, is a syphillis prostitute. Or somethign along those lines. I am having a super hard time finding it

Behold the Man

The assimilation never ends. Any further independent thinking will not be tolerated. lol i wish they would show star trek on a regular basis lol...start with season 1 pilot and go straight through for all star trek incarnations of shows and movies lol :-D...

Deep space nine is my favorite followed by TNG, IMHO
DS9 was the most serialized of them all though. the events of one episode were more likely to have later ramifications in this series compared to any other trek which had so many stand alone episodes

voyager IMHO is okay, but not great, although it was better then Enterprise.
i always thought that adding Seven was a cheap stunt to get more viewers, and they could have better explored the other characters before doing this
