I was just wondering if there is a section into which threads that have been deemed unworthy get sent. I was enjoying the discussion in the thread
"Peter is Sylar in the future," but when I click the link from my email notification, it says that that thread does not exist. So I thought I could at least see what the final posts were but I can't find a dead thread section.

It was unfortunately snipped because there were two threads that were almost identical. Hypothesizing about Sylar's identity seems to be the hot topic of the day.

Are you sure you don’t mean this thread? Sylar is Peter in the Future (link HERE) As far as I can tell the thread seems to be intact. One thing I should mention is that earlier today I deleted a thread (per request of the author) because it was a duplicate/clone of this thread: Syler is Not Peter but possibly his double (Link HERE) Could you possibly mean this one? Posts and threads are very rarely deleted unless per request or it is deemed troll-like, flaming using vulgar language, or some sort of SPAM. Since I have been made a mod (2 weeks???), I have only deleted one thread beside the one I mentioned. That post was SPAM from someone talking about car sales (it went on forever and was basically a commercial). Posts are deleted as a last ditch effort ONLY. Threads will usually be locked instead of deleted (unless SPAM) and so far only 2 threads I know of have suffered the distinction of being locked. Hence, I don’t think the thread was deleted, unless it was the one today.

Tell me it was for the Nissan Versa! I actually plan on checking the car out.... I'm 6'6" tall and most cars are small. ^_^
May as well see if the ads are true
Good luck with the merging of threads and stuff.

the missing thread/post thing happens to me all the time. I think what is happening is that someone posts something and the email is sent out to let you know that something is posted and then someone deletes their post which eliminates the link that you were trying to follow. Or maybe I am wrong.

No it wasn't the Nissan Versa. It was a whole bunch of cars, some made by honda, some made by ford, some made by chrysler. It was really lame. Trust me, everyone would be flaming us mods for not getting rid of it if it was still around. If you're really interested, I saved the deleted post for posterity (1st SPAMer caught as a mod). If you really want to know, just PM me and I'll PM you the post. The other post I deleted, well the exact same post is still on the forum so I only deleted one that was already around, and only because the author asked me to.
