In the future, he seems to be a battle tested warrior. This would no doubt make him a more jaded and hardened individual. I wonder if Hiro is eventually going to visit all of the Heroes revealing who will and won't be involved in the team of heroes in the future.
My thinking is that Peter is being groomed as the ultimate hero -- after all, he can absorb every power, so that makes him potentially the most powerful. If, for instance, he was to fight Sylar, who seems to have a ton of powers, then Peter could theoretically take his powers and fight him power for power. This would make sense for Hiro to give Peter inside information because he neds Peter alive to face Sylar. At least that's my theory.
Future Hiro didn't recognize Peter without the scar... did anyone else besides me notice that Nathan had a scar on his face... along his jawline on the rightside??
just wondering... :?

yes, but.......
sylar would ultimately win becasue he has more practice with his powers. Peter wouldnt have as much control being as how he would just get them.

Did anyone notice that the Katana sword that Hiro sported had the single helix on it?
Hey, here is a wild theory for you all. What if future peter is sylar and Hiro has returned to try to stop past peter from becoming sylar? There is no evidence just my crazy thoughts.

The first thought that jumped into my head was, "That's exactly right." The Heroes are going to have to work together as a team. Imagine them fighting the big bad guy. All of the heroes are there, and Peter's there. So Peter is using ALL of their powers while fighting the big bad guy. And he would have time to practice with each and every power if they did become a team. So really, if he does have a big fight with Sylar, Sylar would have a bunch of different powers, but then, so would Peter.

That could be interesting. Future Peter tapping into future Hiro's (and others)
powers to go back in time and try to kill off the other heroes (before their powers fully develop)
to finally step out of his brother's shadow.
It's along stretch, but it could work.
Although I like Peter and would hate for him to turn out to be the bad guy.
