Default Anyone from Japan?

I'm curious if anyone is from Japan, and if you could tell me if "Heroes" shows there? I'd love to know the Japanese reaction to Hiro.

Hiro is kind of a stereotypical Japanese, so they may not be too happy, but I hope not, because I think most non-Japanese people LOVE Hiro's character. I don't see him as a Japanese character, but as a comic book geke like myself!

P.s. Although I think Ali Larter is HAWT, I most relate to and love Hiro's stories because the character is just so cool.

Manga (Japanese comics) sells so well it blows away American comic book consumption. For the most part, in every week of Japan manga sales are higher than the entire production of all USA comic book sales for an entire year! In its prime, Dragonball sold something like 6 million copies for every issue. The only thing that ever reached that type of purchase power here (USA) on a weekly basis was TV Guide. (That bit of knowledge came from a comic bookstore owner in my area). Comic book geeks are the norm over there, they put us American geeks to utter shame. So Hiro, as a manga consumer, should stand for everything geeky IMO.
