changes from ep 1 to 2?

am i nuts or did the phone call that woke nikki up change from the end of ep 1 (son's missing and so is $300) to episode 2 intro (mom come get me)

also, isaac cut of his hand in ep 1 right? but it's not cut off in ep 2, this i could see being him hallucinating but i dunno, is this an alternate future/possibilities thing or am i missing something

You watched the screener it seems. When the pilot "Genesis" aired on NBC Sep 25, they made those corrections you listed. There were a few other differences between the screener and the aired version, but it's too early in the morning for me to remember them clearly.

The Isaac thing was a major change. I think that was in the itunes pilot as well.
