All About The ShowFor all news, stories, and discusions concerning the show. DO NOT: I REPEAT, DO NOT: MAKE THREADS ABOUT SPECIFIC EPISODES HERE. THERE IS A SEPARATE (BELOW) FORUM FOR THAT.
Here are some more quotes from the CBR original article that Sam has linked if you click on the above link...
Quote:
The first comic includes art from Michael Turner and Koi Turnbull, with Tim Sale and Jim Lee set to be part of the fun. The comics will be written internally by members of the writing staff like Aron Coleite ("The Covenant"), Jeph Loeb and Bryan Fuller ("Dead Like Me," "Wonderfalls"). <snip> (From Tim Kring's lips "So, whether it was Tim's involvement or Jeph's involvement, I don't know, but the show got a lot of buzz following Comic-Con International, so we were sort of on everybody's radar when we went and approached these people."
At the end of the article it also promised a longer interview with Tim Kring and an interview with Greg Grunberg on CBR (Comic Book Resources)!!!! They will also have a review of the pilot.
Here's one question that wasn't answered by going to CBR: "What website will have the online comic?" I would love to know this information...

Anyone find out where online the comic will be available yet? It doesn't make sense. If you are going to announce it, why not announce the site as well so people can bookmark it right then and there... Unless they are planning for another announcement? But then, why torture the most loyal and ardent fans?
Anyway, all that stuff above is just a red herring for this WAY off topic rambling...
Tob is an avenger! Tob is an avenger! 500 posts! Congratulations on being the first person to 500 posts in this forum! Do you have anything to say to the adoring masses, oh great one?

I think it is inane rambling that has brought me to this place and not anything having to do with intellectual banter. But thank you anyway. SOG has a recently new subnic as well and so have some others. Sam may have to add some more on again.

Here's some information from Tim Sale when someone asked if the online comics would be made into a print form (and it also hints at the extent of his involvement and maybe why other artists would want to get involved):

Doing actual comics is a dicey proposition that I'd rather stay away from; I AM exclusive to DC after all.
