Have you ever used
"GoogleFight!" to compare the number of "hits" a word or phrase has from Google searches? It's kinda fun! All you have to do is enter the words or phrases (if you want a specific phrase to be found, then "tie" the words together with dashes in-between them or put the phrase in quotes) that you want to compare and click "Make a fight". 8)
Below are some fights that I thought were note-worthy. Try to guess which one from each match-up wins before clicking on the results!
For a close battle with just the first names of the characters (not the 1st place match):
Nathan vs. Claire
The fight where the full names of the characters are found together:
Micah-Sanders vs. Isaac-Mendez
Actually, putting the names in quotes makes a little difference:
"Micah Sanders" vs. "Isaac Mendez"
For 2nd Place where the first and last names are not necessarily found in sequence (1st place is a blow-out):
Claire Bennet vs. Niki Sanders
For the winner using the first names of the cast:
Greg vs. Ali
For the full names (found together) of the cast:
Greg-Grunberg vs. Ali-Larter or
"Greg Grunberg" vs. "Ali Larter"
A match between two executive producers:
Abrams vs Kring (and another match-up between two creative wonders just out of curiosity:
JJ-Abrams vs. Joss-Whedon or
"JJ Abrams" vs. "Joss Whedon")
What good or close (HEROES-related) fights can you find? There was one fight that was (iirc) 156,000 to 158,000, which I thought was a GREAT match-up, but I don't remember who was matched against each other! Can you help me figure out what names I used? I think it was a fight between the character names. Thanks!
