I think Heroes is really great...very deep storyline and vce-vrsa...but i think Peter is too powerful to be a hero...let all super-humans pass near him and Voilaa...he becomes ALL in ONE

As an Australian who has caught the "Heroes bug", I have to agree with the last few posters. You really need to watch every episode to fully grasp the depth and scope of the storylines and the complex relationships between various characters.

Hats off to the writers for continuing to shock and surprise us at episode 18! Bring on the rest of the season...

I am amazed with the creativity of the producer and writers. Personally, I think the storyline is great! It is interesting. As what the producer had told the public, they know where the story will reach at the end of season one and then different threats/issues will be introduced during the upcoming season. It's not like they are going no where...

I have to agree with Tyrone there. Everytime the show seems to be moving at too slow of a pace for me - The next episode advances things at an accelerated pace. Take tonights episode for example, they finished several of the mini-story-quests, killed people who we are used to watching, and saw the most normal people step up to save / stop superhumans.

The moral of the show seems to be that no matter what a persons abilities or gifts are: it is their intentions, courage, and the outcomes from decisions that establish who they are.

I love this show. It contains heroes from several countries & keeps the story moving by creating new directions with every episode. I am always looking foreward to the next episode. And sometimes, when you miss an episode or two, and think you haven't missed anything - you realise you're wrong 3 or 4 episodes later when you end up not understanding why someone is following a new path. 10/10, keep em coming.

I disagree with that. You have to understand unlike a lot of other TV shows, they deal with major storylines and plots every episode, unlike other shows like Smallville or The X-Files for example where some episodes have nothing to do with the main storyline at all. Also with so many main characters and intertwining storylines, it will by nature take awhile to build them. The reason it seems drawn out is because there literally is no way to speed it up or else the series would last only one season. Taking time allows them to build on each character. I'm glad they are taking their time and not just speeding things up or else the show would get boring very fast.

I've got to agree with Suzanne. The show is getting ridiculously drawn out just like I hear LOST is. It seems that lots of creativity is put into the initial idea/episodes and once people are interested, the commercialism kicks in and they use ads to milk the hell out of what could have been an entertaining series. There's been a few episodes that I didn't catch, but when I pick back up a few weeks later, it's as if I didn't miss anything at all. It's easy to follow because there's NOTHING of any substance happening. Congratulation to the writers/producers. They've found a way to milk the advertisers and bore the public.
