If I was in a situation like that, Hayden would be more important than a house left by my grandfather, I understand family is just as important as a girl who loves me, but at the price of losing a girl who means much more, I would hold on to her, and leave the house with someone who was trust worthy. Hayden's one of the best parts of the film -- she gets a fair amount of screen time and can definitely be considered a love interest. (Won't say more!)
