Season 3 Cast Updates: Monica, West, and a Surprise Adoption Reveal
Here’s your latest batch of Heroes news from E! Online’s Kristin, their resident TV spoiler babe. First up are updates on some returning characters — namely the New Orleans brood of Monica (Dana Davis), Nana (Nichelle Nichols), and Micah. Also, Kristin is doubtful Claire’s California flyboy West (Nicholas D’Agosto) will be back anytime soon, if at all. Meanwhile, what’s this about a character being revealed to have been adopted?
First, on the New Orleans stuff:
Monica will definitely be back, as will “Nana Dawson,” aka the legendary Nichelle Nichols. However, in the first few eps, our time with them in New Orleans will be centered around their relationship with Micah. As for West (Nicholas D’Agosto), I couldn’t swear to it in a court of law, but I’m fairly sure he’s gone, at least for the time being.
And this one about the surprise adoption reveal:
Claire is not the only character on the show who is adopted. And the next adoption twist is perhaps my favorite twist ever on this show. You know how sometimes those silly promo guys say things like “It will change everything?” Well this one actually will.
My guess would be either Peter or Nathan, but probably Peter. Think about it — when you look at the Petrellis, Momma Petrelli and Nathan, Peter just doesn’t fit in, does he? At the back of our minds, didn’t we always suspect that he was probably adopted? Or heck, Kring and company could very well pull a fast one and make Sylar adopted, and that he was always a Petrelli all along. Wouldn’t that be a shocker?
