A couple of Heroes-related news for you today, including our first look at Hayden Panettiere on the set of Heroes Season 4. Up first, The Hollywood Reporter says that Matt Parkman is getting a new partner. Former Battlestar Galactica actor Rick Worthy (pictured, left), a longtime vet of sci-fi shows, will have a recurring role on the new season as Matt’s new police partner, which means Matt is once again back on the job.
Says THR about Worthy’s character:
…playing Matt Parkman’s (Greg Grunberg) new partner: an experienced and capable Los Angeles cop and someone that Matt can lean on for advice.
Worthy’s most recent role was as humanoid Cylon Simon in Ron Moore’s Battlestar Galactica.
Meanwhile, TenGossip has pictures of Hayden Panettiere on the Heroes Season 4 set. You can’t really see a lot of the background, but it looks like the set of her Washington D.C.-based college (shot on a Los Angeles set, of course). Check out TenGossip for more pics.

Over in Mohinder Suresh land, E! Online says actor Sendhil Ramamurthy has landed a guest starring role on the USA Network’s Psyche, and will appearing in one of the show’s August episodes, entitled, “Bollyhood Homicide”.
Sendhil is set to play Raj, a young man who believes that the firstborn in each generation of his family is cursed—a belief reinforced by the fact that bad things keep happening to all of his girlfriends.
