Quick Heroes News: July 23, 2007

Actor Hector Luis Bustamante (pictured left) announces on his Myspace page that he will guest star in an episode of Heroes Season 2. No word on which episode, or how many, but he did say it would be an “early” episode of Season 2.

George Takei, who plays Hiro’s father on the show, told Howard Stern that his character will definitely get powers. I think we all knew this, so it’s not really a surprise. It was already revealed that Kaito was a founding member of the Organizations Without Initials, or OWI, and seemed to have been around for a while.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has said that he told the director of his new movie that he refuses to kiss Ali Larter onscreen in their Indian-U.S. co-production “Marigold”. The film stars Ali Larter as a Western actress who is forced to work in Bollywood, where she falls in love with Khan’s character.

Heroes is the Television Critics Association’s Program of the Year, beating out other notables like Friday Night Lights, The Sopranos, and The Office.

Milo Ventimiglia may or may not be up for a role in Madonna’s gangster movie based on real-life New York mobster Chris Paciello, who Madonna was involved with in the ’90s (the two are pictured below) before the mobster got sent up the prison for murder. The project is said to potentially involve power players like Mark Wahlberg, John Cusack, and … Milo?
