well i can answer your question. sylar takes claires skull off and studys her brain (LITERALLY) then he puts the top of the head back on and it heals (LITERALLY, and so sylar has claires healing power and claire is still alive, this maybe why claire doesn’t mind his company in one of the adverts because he doesnt need to kill her (again)
