i think it had something to do with the music and the stuff he ate, mind you it’ll probably be permanant. its just another step in his abilities evolutionary ladder, he’s already gone from just being able to read minds to being able to control minds and do that weird thing he did to his dad, so it looks now like he’ll be able to paint the future. which is cool and everything but there’s too much emphasis placed on painting the future and time travelling.

i want to bring ur attention to present peter. can present peter retain the abilities absorbed from future peter(those abilities which have been injection induced by suresh)with the induced ability expriment destroyed changed by present peter.

yes but dont forget everytime the show jumps back from the future to the present that that timeline changes now that Mohinder meets Maya he finds a way to tranfer powers and gives himself one, while in the other timeline he didnt meet her, explanation: Sylar never got stabbed by Hiro and taken to mexico to bring maya to new york to meet him
