Meet the New Heroes Season 3 Villains…

USA Today has a great, in depth article on some (but not all) of the new villains that will be turning the lives of our heroes upside down in the upcoming Heroes Season 3. We already know about some of them — Knox and Jesse, to name just two — but the article has a closer (and very revealing) look at more of the villains, including their powers and their relationship (some are closer than others) to familiar heroes from the past. Hey, Tim Kring and company aren’t calling this opening narrative of Season 3 “Villains” for nothing, you know. Some of these boys are very, very bad, indeed. Plus, there’s also ONE BIG SPOILER involved, so as always, do not read on unless you want to know more.
And the bad boys of Season 3 are …
7 of the 12 villains that will be unleashed from The Company’s Level 5, from left: Ken Lally as The German, David H. Lawrence as Eric Doyle, Jamie Hector as Benjamin “Knox” Washington, Blake Shields as Flint, Francis Capra as Jesse Murphy, Andre Royo as Stephen Canfield, Demetrius Grosse as Samedi.

Below, a closer look at five of them:
Francis Capra as Jesse Murphy.
Power: Can project concussive power through the use of his voice.
Note: All hints seem to indicate that Peter Petrelli is “hidden” inside Jesse’s body, presumably by Future Peter.
Jamie Hector as Benjamin “Knox” Washington.
Power: Gains strength by feeding off the fears of those around him.
Note: A one-time gang leader, and now the leader of the Level 5 escapees. He’s a tough mofo. Takes on Sylar and gets away with it, and you have to be pretty tough to do that.
Ken Lally as The German.
Power: Can manipulate steel.
Note: Magneto of the X-Men? If his power is similar to Magneto’s, then he has the potential of being the most powerful of the villains.
David H. Lawrence as Eric Doyle.
Power: A puppeteer who can make people do whatever he wants.
Note: Originally, it was hinted that Peter Petrelli was hidden inside him; that would seem not to be the case now. Is Doyle’s puppeteering power responsible for Peter’s condition?
Blake Shields as Flint.
Power: Can shoot blue fire from his hands.
Note: “He has a family connection to a familiar hero”. Also, he’s a Texans. He’s obviously related to Meredith Gordon, Claire’s mother, who can generate fire from her hands.

From a Utube vid.. it looks likes Niki, Adam, Angela (peters mother), Bob (Matts dad) and Sylar are the other 5.. but what i want to know.. what are the powers of the other lot? (of the 2 on the right of that group pic)

Awsome!! But I have to say that the power to make people do whatever you want has been done to death. First it was that woman who worked with H.R.G who would tell someone to do something verbally, then there was Parkmans dad Maury, and then Parkman discovered that he could do it. Also, I don’t get the metal manipulation power. It’s just a more limited version of telikenesis.

Well those types of controls are differnt
Woman who worked with HRG = persuasion - persuades people to do things not really control
Parkmans = Mind control
Eric = Body Control

You’re right about Eden’s (Woman) power, that’s why Sylar could kill her after she told him to kill himself, he didn’t obey. But I really want to know what Eric’s ability is exactly.

i also think there should be someone with a different and more powerful version of ted’s power. maybe someone who can shoot like beems of radiation everywhere. Ted’s power was pretty extreme though.

takes on sylar and “gets away w/it…have to be tough?”…..dude, CLAIRE took out sylar with one knock upside the head with a trophy, MOHINDER took out sylar by rolling a bookcase (or something) at him, PETER (b4 his abilities) took out sylar by pile driving off a roof with him, the winona ryder looking/PERSUASION CHICK took out sylar by telling him to go to sleep…..i doesnt appear that he’s the one whos been really doing much of the whoopin…..
…..and yeah, the german looks potentially cool^10, im imagining the whole standing on a floting slate of iron thing with iron marbles circling the dude right now…(doubt they’ll actually make him as cool as magneto tho =P)

I think someone should have the power to live underwater and control all sea creatures or be like a beastmaster to them, that would be awsome. Or a person that could shapeshift into an animal, any animal. How about a person that could see at night

Hmm…so Sylar is now officially invincible now, huh? I would have thought that he already had that power the way he survived his fall off the roof of the bleachers with Peter in Season 1 without any serious injuries, the way he survived a sword pierced through his abdomen by Hiro at the end of Season 1 and all the other beatings that he mysteriously seems to recover from without any obvious ill effect.
In terms of other villains, I think it would be cool to have a guy that can slowly kill you over many years by causing heart disease. ;P

A LOT of people have been calling me and even telling me on set, that I look like Jack, or HRG. Even Jack admitted we looked like brothers. Youre not alone, Mig. James (Ando) is cool. He and his stunt double, Darryl Chan, work out at my gym–I see those guys alot.

Knox eyes looks scary it fits on his character i love the new season best season so far i like to se lally vs sylar
lets hope peter gets out of jesses body i dont like that his trapped there hes my favorite character on the show and i would like to se him kick some villain ass and learn his abilites cus pete is not that god at that yet and i realy liked andos power when we saw him in the future anyone knows if he will get them soon it would be awsome damn cant wait for the next episode this is awsome ken lally i look forward to se your character kick some ass

for a new villain they should have strenth that never ends. but when they use the power it takes a toll on their body. so they must eat a lot inorder to account for when they need their strenth. and it should be someone very boney this way the transformation would be great. maybe from africa. a tansfer student

another idea could be someone has the power of samson ( read the bible lol ) and his power is linked with his hair. as long as he doesnt cut it then his strenth will never fade. but give him sometype of persuasion like charming skill over woman. like a play boy who has a rich family and never had to work a day in his life. and he can jump high and heal over time when he sleeps. I think this would be a great villian turn hero. his name can be Sam-son King’s this would be great

1. power over water ( remember captian planet? )
2. power over all animals
3. become very small ( i know its been done before.)
4. change the present enviroment
5. see through anything ( give this to a young boy lol )
6. power of tough skin, nothing can get through. ( this should go to sam-son; see the other blog)
7. peace. this should go to a baby. about 3years old. they can take powers away and use them for a short time unless the child decide to give them back. and the parents named the baby “Peace”.

i see on the episode , angela was dreaming about a corridor, and when she walk trough it, she see parkman and peters dead. after this, she see knox killing claire, and after this, she see knox, parkmans dad, adam, and a woman who apears like nick sanders, but, nick sanders was dead, with no chance of regenaration. This makes me think about that she is a specie of clone of nick, just like mrs strauss,
and nick has an unknow past!!

i would like to see a female villain who has the ability to control the weather or something so she could make a little raincloud follow sylar around everywhere lol.

Well so far, two of those ‘bad guys’ are dead, and one isn’t actually a bad guy, he hates and is scared of his powers! I feel sorry for him, he commits suicide when his family don’t meet with him because they are scared. So Sad I feel so sorry for him, lifes been so unfair to him! OMG Flint is related to Meridith? wow big surprise! I want HIRO/DAPHNE ROMANCE ACTION SOON!!!
