Masi Oka’s Get Smart Spin-Off DVD Cover and Trailer

So now it’s official: The title of Masi Oka’s “Get Smart” direct-to-DVD spin-off movie will be called “Get Smart’s Bruce and Lloyd out of Control”, which sorta makes it sound like a Spring Break video of our favorite Hero gone wrong, if you know what I mean, but I digress. The original movie, co-starring Masi Oka and Nate Torrence, including guest appearances by “Get Smart” cast, will show up on standard DVD and Blu-Ray July 1st, about a week and a half after the “Get Smart” movie opens in theaters everywhere.

Major Aside: While scanning the credit listing of the film on IMDB.com, it just occurred to me (geez, I’m slow!) that the film also co-stars Jayma Mays, aka Charlie Andrews from Heroes! You remember her, don’t you? The Texas waitress who Hiro (Masi Oka) fell in love with, and tried (in vain) to save from Sylar? Yup, they’re both in “Get Smart: Bruce and Lloyd out of Control”.

Starring Masi Oka, Marika Dominczyk, Jayma Mays, J.P. Manoux, Nate Torrence, Mitch Rouse, Kelly Karbacz, and Bryan Callen, and directed by Gil Junger.
