Malcolm McDowell (Linderman) in Neil Marshall’s Action Sci-Fi “Doomsday”
Empire Online reports that Malcolm McDowell, who plays the ubiquitous (and from all appearances, quite evil) Mr. Linderman, has joined the cast of British horror director Neil Marshall’s latest film, the sci-fi actioner “Doomsday”. The film takes place 30 years after a deadly virus has wiped out an entire country, causing the rest of the world to wall it off. But when the virus shows up in another country, it forces the creation of an elite team to stop it. McDowell will play Kane, the world’s only expert on the virus, who advises the team attempting to stop the plague.
