Kristen Bell and Hayden Season 3 Tidbits

As previously mentioned on the site, Kristen Bell was not signed for Season 3, although from everything we’re hearing, this is being taken care off, and it looks like a go. The fact is, Elle was supposed to only appear in Season 2, but since that season was cut short, and Elle’s character arc has (we assume) not come full circle yet, Tim Kring and company will want to bring Bell back for Season 3, if only to finish off Elle’s arc — but perhaps to give Elle a regular role, who knows?
Kristin over at E! Online has a couple of tidbits about Bell’s impending signing for Season 3, and Hayden Panettiere’s possible lack off presence in the first few episodes of Season 3.
I have it on good authority that Elle is very much a part of the writers’ grand plan for season three. (Fear not: Kring loves her just as much as we do!) So, if there is a holdup, I assure you it is more on the business (rather than creative) side of things, and there is still time to get this worked out before they go back into production. Oh, and by the by, we might not see much of Claire-bear in the first episode or two. Hayden P told us at her Candies soiree that production is “gearing up in April and I’ll be joining them in May when I come back from shooting I Love You, Beth Cooper in Vancouver.”
I hate to say it, and I know this will make a lot of people angry, but the less I see of Claire Bear in Season 3, the better. I just don’t see any purpose for her character anymore. Save the Beverly Hills 90210 stuff for the CW, we need more adult-oriented storylines in Heroes. But hey, maybe it’s just me…

Nah it’s not just you. I loved Claire’s character during the first season, but in the second season her role just seemed to go PFFFFTTT. No depth whatsoever, a far cry from season one’s Claire. Sigh.

yeah, we dont need her anymore…so after couple of bloody fights she has to die!
They wont give her power to Sylar, (sucks)….but they can kill her off.
oh and i dont like the guy, her boyfriend…
oh and they can bring back Elle just to kill her and give her power to Sylar!

I liked Claire in the first season, she was one of my favourite characters, but she was really annoying in season two.
I don’t want her gone, I just want her character back to her old awesomeness!

I like claire! she makes the entire heroes show seem more realistic for the younger viewers. you know, dad and boy troubles, wanting to be yourself, etc.

Claire’s character has sucked on Season 3, but she has a lot of potential for the future and may be the only one to beat Sylar because she can keep healing.

nah I thought Claire was too emotional. We got better TV drama to feed us enough with that. Make Heroes more action and less drama! Bell is adooorable

I disagree, Claire is the eye-candy of the show. It’s just an extra bonus, I say keep her in. Mix her story w/ someone less dramatic, maybe she toughens up and fights against the company and Sylar.

how can you say she can fight with SYLAR? NO ONE can!!! HE just need to slice her skull, and its not enough time for her to regenerate!

In part 2 it was a geographic problem too, i mean, most of the thngs happend in NY and little bit in japan, California was nearly unimportant, just for sylar getting his abilities back ant that happened just in the last episode..
she was so boring this time i hink, bec. 1) Adam hat the regeneration part, 2) the others just came so california when the season was nearly over and 3) she just had Noah and West (and elle in the end) to interact with, so they should set her into a more central position with more charakters interacting, f.e. her real mother, Monica, Hiro or one of the new villians..

u notice the writers make claire cry alot?i mean she cries in just about every episode of season 2. she pulls it off really well too.
