Jack Coleman on the Heroes Finale

Jack Coleman (aka HRG, aka Mr. Bennet) has been dropping hints about the season finale of Heroes, set to air today next week, May 21st. Here’s what he told Sci Fi Wire about what we can expect in the finale, including a “big cliffhanger” at the end of the episode:

“What it really is is a fantastic resolution… And then a springboard into something completely unexpected. I just saw it, and it’s so cool I can’t even tell you. It’s just fantastic. It’s like, ‘What? What?’ It’s great.”

Wow, it left Jack Coleman going “What? What?” That’s gotta be good, right? It also sounds like Coleman’s Mr. Bennet (he also reveals that we’ll finally know HRG’s first name very soon) will be around for a little while longer. I had thought his character might be expendable, but perhaps not.

Heroes caps off its explosive first season on May 21st with a 65-minute finale on NBC. (There was talk that the finale would be two-hours, but according to the NBC media guide, the May 21st episode will only be 65-minutes, plus commercials.)
