Thank you for posting this! I am thrilled and trying not to watch it over, and over, and over again!

one word for that sneak peek: WOW!!! i hear its airing by the end of may when the writer’s strike ends (not 100% sure). this looks incredible and really intense. i also heard that there are only seven episodes in this season (again, not 100% sure!).

*sigh* its not season 3 its volume 3 obviously meaning its still season 2 they just have two volumes in it.

They’ve already shown Angela’s power twice. In fact, she has been using it since season one. She has the ability to alter the perceptions of others
and the ability to enhance the memories of another. She used the latter on Peter when he was in the future and she “mind tricked” Nathan’s wife at the hospital. In season one, she used her ability heavily on Nathan to get him to follow Linderman. If you don’t believe me, look at those episodes again.

just because mama petrelli is manipulitive doesnt mean that is her power, and just because peter remembered everything in the future doesnt mean that is her power either, peter remember everything in the future because he used matts power to read her mind, I think her power is that she knows who has powers and what they are when she sees and knows when they are trying to use them, hence the seen with matt and her thinking back to him, just a thought

Angela’s power has been teased by both Kristen at E! and Ausiello as being similar to someone elses power, although it allows her to get from point a to point b much quicker.

I believe it is some form of teleportation as she always seemed to appear in the right place in S1 (especially in the finale) and cuts out the ‘travel’ aspect of her son nathan’s power.

My other theory relates to her stealing socks in the premier. She did it to see if anyone noticed. I wonder if she has some form of power like invisibility, and she tried stealing without it to see what would happen.

they filmed these in advance because Zachary Quinto, who plays Sylar, was leaving the show in November to do Star Trek. But due to the strike, he doesn’t have to now, which is good.

i agree with blackmachine7th regarding angela’s powers…i think those twelve sylar thing are those cockroaches that sylar always leaves behind..really wana find out abt them..

off the point..we all know that peter can absorb powers right?… now that he’s met adam monroe..is peter gonna b immortal n forever young??

just read all the comments and all of them say something different. looks a lot cooler and more violence. more elle and a lot of people dying from my opinion. angela petrelli is a bad to the bone. i never really liked her anywayz. the 12 sylars thing i don’t get. whitney, i know u r not sure, but how do they as in the studio know that the strike will end by late may. and if they continue it then, that will be in the summer which no ntv show does. abywayz totally excited hor it and cant wait. but in the preview they were missing anything to do with claire, peter,micah.

She can project herself to the past, where in “How to Stop an Exploding Man”, she has a discussion with Charles Deveaux about events which about to transpire. Peter unknowingly acquires this ability, and projects himself to the past (and makes himself invisible to avoid being seen) during the same time his mother is talking to Charles.

Besides that the promo looks promising.
I only hope it’s better then Volume 2.

Look I know heroes is great and everything, but what I hate is many many seasons. I wish there would be closure on this. We are not in the eighties watching dungeons and dragons, where they never got home EVER. Heroes is by far the best I have watched but I cant watch endless seasons of finding new people… does anyone agree??

that is why heroes is a TV series its not a movie and in order to keep the series you need new people new settings how else would they improve cause like it or not if they keep the same thing over and over they would end up like the OC they’re series stopped because it kept showing the same thing. why would they put closure to something that has been out of the records?! i think they shoudnt put closure in it cause then they should havent made it a series

Hey people!!1 I´m a big heroes fan, and I´m wondering whás right about the premiere date, you see I´ve been waiting all winter to see it, and I can´t find any good information on the web. Does anyone have the precise date please??? thanx a lot, and I agree with most of the comments.

there will be no precise date till the writters strike is over they are still in talks, dont look for start dates, look for end dates (the end of the writters strike) my guess is the end of febuary but i have no idea hopefully they reach an agreement soon so we can watch our beloved show once again

wow, cant wait for vol 3 to start. except i sometimes stream em via the net,one thing thats bothered me……. season 1 ep 20 (5 years gone) unforgettable and my favourite so far. peter is seen in this episode looking almost villain like, which is actually cool, but i was wondering about the scar on his face which didnt heal like the rest of him.perhaps deliberately left it as he felt he needed constant reminder of what he caused due to guilt?(the bomb, killing everyone)any thoughts guys?

and are we all agreed that at some point we’ve all wondered what it wud be like to be able to do this or that or sat in awe at the abilities some of these guys have, only to be teleported back to normality as an average joe when the credits roll. my point being that in the end, it wouldnt surprise me if the ultimate hero in the series will be our good friend ANDO, thereby projecting the final message that we dont need superpowers blah blah, restoring self esteem to average joes etc etc… well? or am i just stoned lol

Heroes will air in September (8th I think) although they will start shooting from May so by September they will have around 10 episodes in the bag (just incase writers strike again) i Live in England where they haven’t even shown season 2. i have to watch on the web. Volume 3 looks sooooo good, can’t wait.
