Heroes to Get Web-based “Webisodes” in July
Can’t wait until Fall to get your fresh dose of Heroes original programming? You’re in luck, because NBC is planning to offer up new episodes of Heroes very soon — in July, in fact. The only thing is, they’ll be “webisodes” instead of the traditional episodes, which means these Heroes episodes will only appear online at NBC. And yes, you’ll probably want to have broadband Internet to view these things, or else you’ll be sitting there waiting for them to download all day. More information about the webisodes below.
More:
Net announced plans to run original “Heroes,” “Chuck” and “The Office” webisodes beginning in July. Net also announced a “30 Rock” online initiative — dubbed “30 Rock 360″ — that mirrors web platforms for “The Office,” “Heroes” and “Lipstick Jungle.”
NBC has been doing webisodes of their TV shows for a while now, and has even won some awards for it. Of course, they don’t say what the Heroes webisodes will be about, or if it’ll star any of the regular cast, but new Heroes is new Heroes, right?

I’m so glad I’ve got hi-speed internet. I have to wonder if they will eventually release any of this to DVD.
ahhh! not fair! i dont have broadband!!!
haha this is cool
they better not stop making those graphic novels though
they seem to be making a lot of changes…mohinder, origins, what else?
Are these webisodes going to be open to global audiences or just to the US like far too many of these things?
I up in Canada and can’t seem to view these from the NBC site. Anyone know if these are available online anywhere else?
i know a site to watch heroes online without paying you just need headphones or speakers
