Heroes Spoilers: Kensei’s Immortality, West’s Motives, and HRG’s Fate

By Sam | October 9, 2007 (1:55 pm) | More: Heroes Season 1 Spoilers/News, Heroes Season 2 Spoilers/News

Haven’t heard much from Kristin over at E! Online about Heroes spoilers, so it’s a pleasure to report that she’s come up with a couple in regards to Heroes Season 2. The first involves the Takezo Kensei character, who we have learned can’t be killed. Well, at least not by any traditional means. Another involves West’s maybe-maybe not ulterior motives, while the big question of the season will likely be: Will HRG really die, as predicted at the end of the “Kindred” episode?

The first, involving Kensei:

Sources tell me Takezo Kensei (Anders) will move to the future and not by teleportation. He will be 400 years old! Which leads me to ask, Could Kensei and Claire be…related? The season is called Volume Two: Generations, after all, and well, they kind of look

He was known as Kensei in the past, but perhaps he’ll be known as … Kane in the present?

About that creepy West:

Nick D’Agosto (aka Peter Pan) says of what’s ahead for his character, “Now, all of the sudden it’s romance, romance, romance, and then from there, hijinks ensue. He’s kind of mysterious and dark, but has a real genuine side in him that wants to find out more about his power, and he’s deeply engaged in finding out more about Claire.” Is it just me, or is there something a tiny bit nefarious sounding going on there?

And finally, the question of the week, what will become of HRG?

You can quote me on that! By the way, Jack Coleman himself recently told me that the Bennets (as a family) don’t take well to being mucked around. You hassle one, you hassle all, and that means Mr. Muggles, too!

Okay, Kristin, I’ve quoted you. Don’t let me down! (It would royally suck if HRG bites the dust…)

Aww seriously does HRG have to die? And maybe that KINDRED suggests West killing him. And Takezo Kensei 400yrs old. OMG. I guess there will be a Claire-West-Kensei circle coming up(not love but related)…..And what about Sylar!?
He’s teaming up with Maya & her bro- most probably- to do what he’s best at(this time at others expense)- KILL & TAKE powers.

HRG does not die, as in s1ep20 he is in the future!!!!

Nikki on October 11, 2007

That future no longer exists. That was only what the future looked like if the bomb destroyed the city…now, everything has changed, and anything can happen. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to see HRG go either!!! But has Isaac EVER been wrong in his paintings?

WAIT. He painted the bomb going off in new york, not above it. The fate in that painting was changed. Interesting…

They are not going to kill HRG. No friggin way. That is this year’s equivalent to the bomb from last season. RELAX.

I don’t think that is what will happen, but Claire seemed really different at the end of that episode. There’s still some pieces missing in the puzzle. Maybe It’s Sylar who’s disguised himself as West(using Candice’s power) for all we know? That’s what I love about this show, It’s not always predictable, sometimes It really throws a curve at you….

That’s was what i was exactly thinking 311! I think that Sylar disguises himself as West, then kill Noah in pursue of Claire to get her indestructibility! Nice!

also you may notice in the painting that Claire isn’t even upset over HRG’s death… We know Claire pretty well, she would be upset if HRG died… what does this mean? I guess we will have to wait and see

HRG is the best character on the show!
Just like Batman, he was capable of running things and kicking butt without the aid of powers. Unfortunately the subject of every Issac painting so far has come to pass and we will all have to come to terms with him eventually parting ways with the show.
We can at least take some relief in the fact that the Haitian is back in the picture, and will be able to take over as leader in the fight against the company once HRG is killed. He is after all the most perfect weapon in the struggle against those with power.

Also, the painting was mentioned by Surresh as the eighth in a series of eight. This may very well mean that his death will come after all other painted events are revealed and take place, much later in the series.
I hope so, and i sure hope its not west who kills him(that peter pan wannabe can bite it!)

New theory, we dont know who the blond is or who she is kissing. My bet is the blond is Elle, not Claire, and the guy unidentified. I also maintain Noah may not be dead in this picture, just badly hurt or something. I see his glasses have a bullet hole but again, misdirection as always.
