Yes, but Arthur didn’t want to take his power. He could have, but didn’t. I’m willing to bet it’s not a “my right hand controls all my power” situation. It is more than likely that Arthur’s power is proximity based so as long as Tracey was touching him, he could take her power.

Freezing Papa Petrelli would work as he would shatter, however in order to freeze him Tracey has to *touch* him, so it’s impossible.

it is possible, cause Knox touched Arthur to get his hand on adams and nothing happend, we would just need to hope the arthiur woulnt touch tracy with his other hand

I want to see this is the war episode:

Every one LEVEL 5 get out, and join Pineherst and Aurthr + Mohinder,
Then every hero : Elle, Claire, Nathan, Meredith, Tracy, Micha, Molly, Mat, Daphne, Hiro, Peter, Syler? and the African
Also : Sandra, HRG, Ando, Mr.Muggles and Lyle All join the Company + Angela. Then a Big fight breaks out, i would hope thesse fights:

Elle, tracy and Meredith v.s The Fire thrower Guy
Claire, Sandra, Lyle and HRG v.s Eric Doyle
Mat v.s Maury
Peter, Syler, Hiro and Angela v.s Arther
Micha + Molly v.v Monhinders reserach and machines
African v.s Jessie
Daphne v.s Knox
Ando v.s Monhinder.

I had to use large groups cause i dont know what the other 5 level 5 villians can do.

It’s obvious Peter lost his main power. He would’ve healed already when Claire carried him to safety.

Well well well…Sylar slowed Peter down during his fall. Looks like he is going to play the role of bad guy for a while to infultrate Pinehurst.

However, does Arthur really believe that Peter just happened to survive that fall? It seems to me that he just might know what Sylar did and is going to see how it plays out. I do feel very bad for Peter. I also liked Elle and Claire together. They go together very well.

The serum restored Sylar’s powers because he had the virus, which is why he couldn’t use his powers. His abilities were not taken away, he just wasn’t able to use them.

Correction — He’s not back from the dead. Thompson will be back in this episode, but it is a flash back episode which is a prequal to the pilot episode.
