Heroes Preview: Season 2 Episode 9 (2.09) Cautionary Tales

After missing out on last week’s “Four Months Later” flashback (except for a brief, second-long cameo, which doesn’t really count), Claire and HRG returns in “Cautionary Tales”, which promises the long-in-the-making confrontation between HRG and his former bosses at The Company. The question is, whose side will Mohinder be on when Bob and Elle come for Claire? And if Isaac’s paintings are any indication — in particular the one with Mohinder’s smoking gun and a dead HRG — things will get very, very bad for our fugitive family in hiding.
Plot detail:
Convinced that the Company is close to finding them, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) prepares the family to run — but Claire (Hayden Panettiere) has other ideas. Meanwhile, Hiro (Masi Oka) returns from the past and learns of his father’s death. Grief-stricken, he flings himself into past and makes a stunning personal discovery. After a charged first encounter with Elle (Kristen Bell), Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) makes a decision that could change lives. Meanwhile, Matt (Greg Grunberg) struggles with his expanding mental abilities and Maya (Dania Ramirez) and Alejandro’s (Shalim Ortiz) relationship is tested as they travel with Sylar (Zachary Quinto). Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) meets someone who could unlock his past.
Noah Gray-Cabey, Dana Davis, James Kyson Lee, Ali Larter and Adrian Pasdar also star. Nick D’Agosto, George Takei, Adair Tishler and Stephen Tobolowsky guest-star.

My question is why Sylar/Maya/Alejandro aren’t featured in the preview if there in the next episode?

No one has mentioned Adam, he holds the key to all this. he seems to be behind everything is he Evil or good? In some leaked spoilers it says Hiro will fight with him again and turn Peter against him but who knows really. Maya must die and so should Micah’s copycat cousin they are so boring, cant they get Sylar back into action sooner than later as well.

Hahaha Maya and Alejandro are kinda boring. Maybe Alejandro can also take the virus away like he can take Maya’s ‘death’ away.
The series seems to be lacking some confrontations/action. I wonder how/if Sylar is planning to get his powers back. He probably got the cure and is gonna find an antidote. Anyway it’ll be interesting.

Kristin at E! teased that, in the coming months, Sylar would kill two heroes and a non-hero would kill a non-hero.
The last part would suggest, given that the confrontation in this episode has only two non heroes involved (Mohinder and Noah) that one will invariably shoot the other. I’m guessing Mohinder shoots Noah, seeing as Mo is the main driving force behind the narrative in heroes. Furthermore despite the shot of HRG shooting at someone, I think that’s just a misleading teaser.

Well Maya and Alenjandro are needed to create the whole scenery and feeling that others are more important. If something is boring and the other is exciting, the comparison makes the movie/series more interesting to watch!
There’s another thing about Heroes what makes people like to watch it!. It’s because there are so many characters in it, that people will like or dislike a particular character. But this actually means, that you’re identifying yourself with the particular character!
In any way the show is really great to watch, because of the many different characters!

Meanwhile, Maya (Dania Ramirez) tragically learns how much of a monster Sylar (Zachary Quinto) really is during his kidnapping of Molly (Adair Tishler) and Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy).
