Rejoice, “Heroes” fans! The show’s premiere episode on NBC last night not only did better than expected, but took the top spot in the all-important adults 18 to 49 demographic, and was the highest-rated program for the night. Here I’ll let TVWeek.com do the talking:
At 9 p.m. (ET), “Heroes” scored a 5.9 preliminary national rating in adults 18 to 49, a number that includes live viewing plus same-day viewing via digital video recorders, according to Nielsen Media Research. “Heroes” was up 28 percent from the year-ago time period premiere of “Las Vegas,” and grew on the half-hour from a 5.6 to a 6.3.
