if they made more people and more powers, it just gets silly, the idea is to make the program realistic, they have to keep some boundaries in. I mean, season 2 got ridiculous, think about it, peter essentially would have been the most powerful one (end of heroes) but they have found a way to make it last longer now by peter only being able to control one at a time. I think they are doing a good job, however i do think that this massive gap between season 3 and 4 may have led to fans loosing interest, however no one could have foreseen CC times and writer strikes!!
