Heroes Characters Come to XBOX
No, there isn’t a new Xbox game based off the Heroes characters or TV show, but rather a deal has been made that allows the Xbox to use images and characters from the show to “decorate” their Xbox gameplay. Here’s the full press release:
For the first time, fans of the series can customize their Xbox 360 experience with theme packs and gamer pictures downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Gamers will be able to decorate their Xbox Live portal with rendered paintings from the series, as well as photos featuring “Heroes” characters as avatars.
But think about it: to be able to play as Peter, to fly around like Nathan, to wield a samurai sword like Hiro… All those possibilities for a Heroes game…
