Yeah, but you forget that in the trailer when Matt is healed, Sylar is trapped back in the mind. Also, in shadowboxing, Matt basically admitted that he now had control over the ability. To me, this means that Sylar won't be able to just push his memories (pretty much his conciousness) back into the body. Perhaps though.. something does end up happening to Nathan (Sylar's body), that would explain why Peter went to Renae (The Haitian) and it would explain why Renae was so eager to admit the truth to Peter. You notice they were standing over some kind of coffin? Ten bucks says that inside is Nathan's body.
