Hayden Panettiere to Star in Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List

By Sam | April 1, 2008 (11:10 pm)

There is actually a story about Kristen Bell and Season 3 going around the net at the moment, but since there hasn’t been any actual news regarding it, I’m going to default and post this news about FOX buying a novel called “Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List” and plans to develop it as a starring vehicle for Hayden Panettiere. You can add this to Hayden’s growing list of projects, including the Chris Columbus-directed Fox Atomic comedy, “I Love You, Beth Cooper”, in which she plays a cheerleader. More about “Naomi and Ely” below.

More:

Published last year by Knopf, “Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List” takes place in Manhattan, where Naomi and her gay best friend Ely protect their soulmate friendship by creating a list of people deemed off limits for smooching. Their friendship is imperiled when Ely kisses Naomi’s boyfriend.

Meanwhile, for fans of Hayden’s music, she’s currently recording an album for Hollywood Records, with the first single, “Wake Up Call,” set for release sometime in the fall. Hey, just in time for Heroes Season 3. What a coincidink.

She’s great in almost every way but I wish she would leave the music to the musicians.
