And what about the people who are supposed to die in the remaining chapters? Are they going to give it away by not showing them or are they going to show what would happen if they lived? When he said "You", he was referring to himself being in the future, I believe. As in, "Hey, I thought I had fixed the past -- what are you still doing here?" That kind of thing. I have a strong suspicion that Ando is actually a spy for Hiro's dad (I mean really, Hiro sends him away and he winds up as a janitor in the same room as the sword Hiro and Ando have been trying to steal? Please.). So in last week's episode (Chapter 19), when future Hiro disdainfully says "You" after discovering present day Hiro and Ando in the loft it's pretty clear he's upset at seeing Ando (and not Hiro as we are supposed to think with the present day Hiro/future Hiro mirror image, right?
