Comic Con Break-down, Season 2 Teaser Description

(As always, this may or may not contain spoilers, so use your own judgments and act accordingly. You have been warned.) Anyways, more news from the Heroes panel at Comic Con in San Diego over the weekend, which is apparently the BIG thing right now. The guys over at BuddyTV were in attendance, and has some juicy tidbits from the show, including a description of a Season 2 Teaser video that was shown. The description easily tells you who lives and dies, so once again, this is your last chance…

Okay, here’s what BuddyTV has for us:

The panel also featured a teaser trailer for the second season. Here are some of the scenes and shots they showed: Samurai knights in Japan. Nathan sporting a massive beard. Claire cutting off her pinky toe. Peter locked in a cage. Matt Parkman shooting someone. It’s not clear when this footage takes place, but it can definitely reassure fans that the Petrelli brothers and Officer Parkman will return, despite having their fates left in doubt during the first season finale.

So fans of Matt Parkman? Don’t worry, he’s coming back for Season 2. Including both Petrelli brothers, apparently, though I wonder who has Peter “locked up”…?

They also mention that Dania Ramirez, who plays Maya Herrera in the upcoming Season 2, was also at the panel, which makes me think her part is quite bit in the coming season. Usually they don’t invite guest stars to show up at the panel; they usually want to promote the actor who shows up at these things. Hmm…

There’s also mention of another hero named Monica (first listed here), who will come from post-Katrina New Orleans, although the actress wasn’t at the panel.
