Heroes fans have been wondering where Claude the Invisible Man has been keeping himself lately. Or, more specifically, where has Christopher Eccleston, the actor who plays Claude, and the former Doctor Who, been doing with his time that he isn’t spending on Heroes? Last year, Eccleston was one of the stars of the fantasy movie “The Seeker”, and soon, Eccleston will be playing the villain Destro in the upcoming live-action “G.I. Joe” movie, to be directed by Stephen Sommers of “Mummy” and “Van Helsing” fame.
More:
Chris Eccleston has been cast as the villainous Destro in Paramount’s “G.I. Joe.” Repped by Endeavor and Principal Entertainment, Eccleston’s credits include “28 Days Later” to “Heroes.”
Irish-born actor David Murray originally had been set for the role, but withdrew from the film because of visa issues.
Stephen Sommers is directing the latest script penned by Stuart Beattie.
I always thought Christopher Eccleston played a villain better than he did a hero…

I’ll watch Chris in anything be cause he’s just that fantastic of an actor. I’m hoping he’ll have time to reappear as Claude as well.
