… and now that Peter had been in close contact with Sylar, he should realise that he (now) has the same ‘abilities’ that Sylar has amassed. In view of that fact, I was kinda looking forward to seeing him do a bit of slicing himself. But then why dispose of the ‘main’ villian so soon, when we’ve already been informed by the recently deceased michelangelo that sylar dies later.

Next season I’d like to see them eliminate, and not replace several characters. If it were up to me I’d eliminate: Jessica, her son and her husband (sorry I don’t know the names), Mr. Linderman, Theodore Sprague, The Invisible Guy, The Haitian, Thompson (Eric Roberts), Candice (the impersonator), Claire’s Mother.

In fact the only ones I would keep are: Hiro & Ando, Claire, Peter, Nathan, Matt, and Sylar. I hope Mohinder’s father shows up maybe as one of those wow moments to get us to come back next season, and I hope next season is more episodic rather than having one long overall story. Specific villains that can be dealt with in one, two or three episodes, rather than saving the world.

My theory about the tracking system is that HRG, Matt, and Ted come to New York to destroy it (we’ve already established that, but here comes the good part). Maybe they can’t find it and Ted goes crazy. He just decides to blow up the whole city to destroy it. I still believe in my head that Ted is the cause of the explosion. Peter might be there just to throw you off.
