Cast Update: Sendhil Ramamurthy (as Mohinder Suresh)

Finally located some information on actor Sendhil Ramamurthy, who plays the Indian geneticist turned New York City cabbie Mohinder Suresh, the man who seems to know what’s going on, and is being pursued by mysterious forces for his knowledge. Ramamurthy’s bio comes courtesy of Solitary Phoenix, which has a section on “Heroes”.

Sendhil Ramamurthy was born in Chicago, Illinois. He’s appeared in several TV series, both American and international, like Casualty, Guiding Light, Ultimate Force, Grey’s Anatomy, and Numb3rs. Sendil roles on film include both large and small screen productions, again a mix of domestic and international: In the Beginning, My Sexiest Mistake, and the upcoming Blind Guy Driving.

Both of Sendhil’s parents are doctors, and he has one sister. He’s been married to actress Olga Sosnovska since 1999; they have one daughter.
