Whatever Peter Petrelli is getting himself into when Heroes Season 4 begins in September, it’s apparently going to include Peter running around shirtless and bloody. With what looks like a wound in his chest. Hey, he’s Peter Petrelli, I’m sure he’ll get through it just fine. Check out these latest pics of Milo Ventimiglia from the Heroes Season 4 set.

Ive just noticed he is wearing the bottom half of his paramedic outfit. It could be his but remember Noah was lying on the steps talking to Peter and he looked to be bleeding.
